Packing Instructions

Please take special care of your item before sending it to us, it still has your valuable information on it.

The best way for you to send it is in bubble wrap, but you can also use newspaper. Although the drives are normally fairly durable, it's in your best interest to be sure that when going through the mail the rough handling will not affect the drive.

Include in the mailing box all your information or we will not be able to contact you. We need:

♦ Your physical address, not a PO Box.

♦ At least two different phone numbers where you can be reached.

♦ The best times to reach you.

♦ Your email address
